Care levels are assigned based on an admissions assessment for each individual resident. Upon determination, such care services will become part of the Resident's Care Plan.
Short-Term Respite Stays
Daily Rates:
Assisted Living: $275 per day
Memory Care: $325-$350 per day
(Rate varies based on care needs, including high acuity or incontinence care management.)
Community Fee
Equal to one month's full rent is due upon the time of reservation. Holds apartment for 30 days. This fee is refundable, if the move in does not take place.

Respite and Immediate Move-Ins:
• 30-day minimum
• Team support during a recovery phase from a hospital stay or surgery.
